- We will endeavour to keep this site up dated at all times however it is not easy to keep all items in stock at all times. Supplies are limited and we are constantly in touch with our suppliers to get stock in ASAP. Provided the goods are in stock, we aim to ship them next working day, within the mainland UK ,via Royal Mail 1st class or Standard Parcel, depending on size of item. If we are unable to ship your order within 96 hours of receiving it and its a stock item, we will contact you .Please note our shipping cost quotes are for UK mainland ONLY. If you require shipping outside UK mainland please contact us for costs. UK Please note this does not apply to pre orders, (designated pre order in the description) or non stock items with an expected delivery time. In all circumstances, your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. We will keep you informed via email or phone when we think we can get the item(s) you want.
- All packages are delivered via Royal Mail or other Courier which ever is most efficient and cost effective , within mainland UK. All couriered items must be signed for, and delivery times cannot be specified. All orders received before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the next working day provided goods are in stock and the payment is processed. Although goods are sent 1st class mail, please allow 5 working days before contacting us. Please note Bank Holidays, Wednesday, Saturday nor Sunday are not classed as working days
- You may order by post by printing your order with items and shipping total and include a cheque or postal order for the total amount made payable to Big Woodys Skate Shop. Please note that we do wait a full 6 working days before dispatching your order to allow the cheque to clear. Mail both to: Big Woodys Skate Shop, 32 Talbot Rd, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY1 1LF. Send a cheque or postal order and we will process your order as soon as your cheque clears. If your order cannot be fulfilled immediately, your cheque will be returned to you by mail within 5 business days. Include your phone number on all mail orders. Include separate bill to and ship to addresses if they are different.

- We will accept return merchandise within 14 days of receipt when it is in a NEW and UNUSED condition and in its original packaging complete with labels. Returns are at your cost. We will only accept packages that arrive with a Returns Number clearly marked on them. You must obtain a Returns Number either by email at email@example.com or phone on 01253 296296 before returning any item to us. A refund will only be made when returned goods are received by us and for the amount of the goods only ,any postage costs is non refundable.When returning items to us we advise that you send them via Royal Mail and obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING from the Post Office.
- We realise that Christmas holiday time is an exceptional period and as such we will accept returns up until the middle of January for items purchased as Christmas gifts.
- When we are requested to assemble a complete setup skateboard, or fit the griptape, we will do so as carefully as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any scratches to the board which may occur. We can also not exchange a skateboard or parts of once it has been assembled or gripped as it is now no longer in its original packaging.
- Due to the nature of the sport we will not replace broken skateboard decks unless proven to be covered by manufactures warranty.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.

- We want to assure you that your details are secure with us and will not be used for any other purpose other than those authorised by yourself or passed on to any 3rd party. If you have any concerns regarding online shopping please feel free to ring us with your order.
- We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo and Switch. Your card will not be charged until the order is ready to be shipped.
- Our online images, descriptions and colours are subject to change and are for suggestion only. Actual appearances may be different and corrections may be made on final orders though we will not send a different product unless you agree to it. If you must have a specific colour where the option is not available, please include this in the comments. It is always our goal to ship the best merchandise at the best price possible.
- We do our best to stock the best products and to price our items competitively but do not make any claims or price guarantees.
